Biography
Mili Mathew has over 15 years of experience in academia, both in India and the US. Her teaching interests are in the areas of Augmentative and Alternative Communication and Neurogenic Communication Disorders. Her clinical expertise includes working with children with language disorders, and adults with neurogenic speech and language disorders, in India. Mili's research focuses on improving the fundamental knowledge about hand gestures across the lifespan and the interplays between linguistic and cultural factors in the production of gestures.
