Biography
Tammy Bertel, M.S. Ed. is an educational consultant with the PaTTAN East office. She holds a Master of Science in Education degree in Instructional Technology from Saint Joseph's University, a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education from Gwynedd-Mercy University, and a certification in Early Childhood. She is a doctoral candidate at Gwynedd-Mercy University in Special Education Leadership. She is a DIBELS Mentor. Prior to working as an educational consultant, Ms. Bertel's professional experience was as a special education teacher in low-incidence disabilities for eight years and a local educational consultant for almost a decade.
