Biography
Hello, my name is Noel Rodriguez. I was born in Mexico. I was born blue with an Apgar score of 2. I was born with cerebral palsy. I went to school in Mexico until I was eight years old, at that point my parents decided to move to the US full time for my medical care. During my school years, I received physical, occupational, and speech therapy. I currently working at Children's Therapy Team. I am passionate educating the community about people like me and what we are capable of.
